This is one of a series of vitrines Galt made to isolate and celebrate the iconic aspects of various artists. Interestingly this also attacks the way the public will fasten its attention on one attribute of an artist, blithely assuming that that's the whole story. Such attention becomes a dismembering, if you will, of an artist's integrity.
