Artists have special relationships with other artists, even (or especially) dead ones whom they can know only through their work. This work could have been made by Jackson Pollock's ghost, it is so beautiful, so evocative of his process, so sad. Like the Ana Mendieta banner by Boskovich this is a grave marker.
